We are a good partner, though we are not a huge factory. Every year we export about 200 containers. These are some photos of our factory view, it was established in 2012, it's young but energetic.We are gold member on made-in-china,and authenticated by SGS, we are worth to be trust.
The basket passed the ISO17025 lab testing, and China Customs do inspection before loading, so we are sure that clients will be satisfied to the quality of the baskets .We can provide clients with all kinds of documents what they need .
Usually we load the container in our factory. After producing, we will inform the clients that the baskets is ready to loading ,and confirm the loading date with client, then take the container to the loading port by truck. Handle gently when loading container, and protect the baskets well, make sure that no damage when loading.
Some clients visit our factory. Most of the clients are regular buyers, we control the basket in good quality and delivery in time ,so they trust us and like to cooperate with us .

Answer : Yes . We can manufacture wicker/willow basket according to the client's samples or specifications; In a word, customization is acceptable.
2:Can you print the buyer's logo to basket hangtag?
Answer : Yes.Customized logo printing or stamping of the basket hangtag is also acceptable.
3:If I get the bad products ,How to do?
Answer : Pls take bad products photoes and send to us within 5work days after received the parcel . If time is promised We will send to you again for free ; If time is hurry ,we will send the money back .
4:Can I mixed The color&items?
Yes . In princess we sell in our MOQ ,But Mixed color&Mixed items will be ok . We can Accept .
5:Can I make a small order ? Can I order Less than MOQ?
Answer:Yes . Small order .Less than MOQ will be as the sample order .
Sample order is difference to Normal order .
6:Can I get a sample free of charge?
Answer: Sample need to be charged, and you need afford the delivery cost, when you place order ,we return the sample charging back.
7Can you quote the price with delivery cost ?
Answer: Yes .You tell us the discharge port and order quantity, then we can check delivery cost with shipping company.
